Overview

SAB Workspace is a macOS application for Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra administration. It is designed to operate primarily on your Mac and to connect directly to Microsoft services that you authorize.

Information The App May Process

Depending on how you use the app, SAB Workspace may process tenant identifiers, configuration metadata, policy objects, saved connection profile information, user-selected export packages, reports, and diagnostics outputs.

How The Information Is Used

The app uses this information to authenticate with Microsoft services, retrieve tenant configuration from Microsoft Graph, generate export packages and reports, compare or transform package content, and support import, copy, and diagnostics workflows.

Local Storage

SAB Workspace may store the following locally on your Mac:

  • saved connection profile information
  • client secrets in the macOS Keychain
  • user-created export packages, reports, and transformed outputs in folders you choose
  • local diagnostics bundles you explicitly generate

Network Use

SAB Workspace connects directly to Microsoft identity and Microsoft Graph services that you authorize in order to perform tenant-connected workflows. The app may also open website and GitHub links when you choose to use support, Discussions, Issues, or Releases.

Developer Data Collection

SAB Workspace is designed so that exports, reports, tenant data, and diagnostics bundles stay on your Mac unless you explicitly choose to share them. The app is not built around third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or developer-hosted analytics collection for its core workflows.

Notifications

If enabled by you, the app may send local notifications about job completion or failures. These notifications are handled on-device.

Support Communications

If you contact support, you may choose to send logs, reports, screenshots, or diagnostics bundles manually. You control what information you send and can review it before sharing.

Your Choices

  • choose what folders the app can access
  • delete locally generated packages and diagnostics bundles at any time
  • remove saved connection profiles and associated Keychain secrets
  • contact support or privacy email for questions
